I met Shane and Kari at Como Lake, one beautiful fall evening, to take their engagement pictures. We got some super cute images and I can't wait until their wedding next September!

Eric & Hillary

I've had so many shoots lately, that it's been hard to keep up with my blog! I forgot to post Eric and Hillary's engagement pics that I took in the beginning of October. They were so easy to work with and the sunset added beautiful lighting to their portraits. Can't wait for their 2009 wedding!

Jennie & Vinnie

We took a trip out to Pine Tree Apple Orchard one beautiful Sunday to shoot Jennie & Vinnie's engagament pictures. They brought their two adorable daughters along and it was a lot of fun! I can't wait to shoot their wedding next October!

Mikara

Here's Mikara! We tried a lot of different things during Mikara's senior session, she was a huge fan of using props and it was a blast trying new poses!

Devon & Mikara make such a cute couple!
Mikara brought along her little cousin and I couldn't help, but snap a few shots of him. He was adorable!

I took Devon and his girlfriend, Mikara's, senior pictures on the same day. They were fun to work with, we tried lots of different ideas, and came out with some great stuff! I'll be posting some of Mikara's images in the next few days, so check back soon.

We're Moving!

We've outgrown our Oakdale studio and so we're packing up and moving out! Our new and much larger studio is located in Maple Leaf Center in Maplewood, MN. We should be fully up and running at the new studio by the end of October, so book a session and come check it out!

I'll post some pics soon . . . we're still making it look pretty :)

Brothers!

I had the hardest time getting these two adorable brothers to sit still for pictures, but I was still able to get some pretty sweet images!
I found a new favorite style - soft sepia. I just love the look and feel it gives an image! I would gladly appreciate any feedback on what you think about soft sepia . . . leave me a comment below!
